Mr. Rajendra U Mane is the Founder & Director of Hindavi Pharma Research and Training Centre, Baramati, Maharashtra. He has completed his M.S.(Pharm) degree in Medicinal Chemistry From National Institute of pharmaceutical education and research (NIPER) and Bachelor of Pharmacy in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Pune University. Mr. Mane has more then 8 years of Industrial Research experience in organic synthesis/Medicinal chemistry/Photochemistry. with a proven track record of contributing to both innovative research projects and student development. He Contributed to a DST-SERB sponsored research project, gaining hands-on experience in medicinal chemistry and drug discovery methodologies. He worked on custom synthesis and process development projects, supporting pharmaceutical clients with high-quality synthetic chemistry solutions. Specialized in multi-step organic synthesis, route scouting, and scale-up projects, delivering advanced synthetic solutions to global pharmaceutical partners. Engaged in teaching, mentoring, and academic research in pharmaceutical chemistry, while guiding students to bridge the gap between theory and industry practices. Accomplished pharmaceutical professional with a strong track record in synthetic chemistry and research excellence. He is an recipient of three “Outstanding Achiever Awards” at Aragen Life Sciences for exceptional project contributions. Academically distinguished with GPAT 2016 qualification and NIPER JEE 2016 qualification, reflecting strong subject mastery and competitive merit.
